StateStats.org is a non-profit venture arm with the mission to advance education through the use of technology tools. Our primary focus is on building free web tools that make education more accessible to students of any age. We have recently launched our first tool, a U.S. library finder, which provides contact information and is integrated with Google Maps. It is our first baby step, and we are ready to start walking to our next project.
We were inspired by the work of the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation and by new tools such as the Khan Academy and OpenCourseWare that have resulted in significant evolutionary strides for the accessibility of education. We believe that accessibility of education is the most critical factor to ensure progression of society.
While we are still early on a long journey, we hope you find value in our initial and future work. Check back, new tools coming soon.
